Everything is considered. There is even an indoor parking garage for each villa. Rich work. Not for every budget. In the summer of 2017 it was not less than 650 thousand. I can't think of the current prices.

Extremely cheesy, repulsive and lousy exterior-looking structures that remind the remote match box, which transforms the natural beauty of the geography in which they are made completely into concrete.nI have not understood why Başiskele municipality does not have to create a certain green area while drawing these lands for the sake of rent.nIs everything handled when there is a swimming pool and security? Green areas are transformed into concrete one by one, everywhere is covered with concrete and nature feathers are compared to plucked chicken, a pity.nIt is not possible to like these villas neither in shape nor in residential areas.nI can give even one star as many, if possible, even minus stars.
