Atatürk Toprak Su Ve Tarımsal Meteoroloji Araştırma İstasyonu Müdürlüğü

It was established on a land of 343.5 acres with the approval of the Ministry of Rural Affairs and Cooperatives in the province of Kırklareli, on 26.11.1980, in order to inform farmers and extension units by providing information about soil conservation and irrigated agricultural techniques. The foundation was named as rast ATATURK Regional Soil Research Institute Directorate en in honor of the 100th birthday of the founder of our Republic. nThe Directorate of the Institute continued its work under the name of ırk Kırklareli Village Services Atatürk Research Institute leri under the Directorate General of Rural Services established in 1985 with the reorganization of the Ministries. As of 16 March 2005 the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has continued its activities under the name of inden Atatürk Soil and Water Resources Research Institute ’. With the decree law no. 639 on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock published in the Official Gazette dated 8/6/2011 and numbered 27958, the name of our Institute has been changed as Gıda Atatürk Soil Water and Agricultural Meteorology Research Station Directorate ve within the provincial organization directly related to the center. The name of our institution with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 6/5/2015 and numbered 2015/7706, published in the Official Gazette dated June 23, 2015 and numbered 29395 is tarihli Atatürk Toprak, Su and the Directorate of Agricultural Meteorology Research Institute has taken its present form. The center is located in Kirklareli, Edirne, Tekirdag, Istanbul, Kocaeli and Canakkale.
