The best authentic Turkish experience yet! Their amazing food is their strongest point! Every dish is packed with flavour, their menu has endless traditional dishes to choose from and every meal was beautiful and instagramable!nnThe hotel itself is cosy. In terms of hospitality the staff is friendly and eager to help. The hotel was very clean and had most amenities.nnThe hotel also offers a chauffeur service and tours. I really enjoyed going to the Ani ruins and the frozen lake with them. Getting to and from the airport was also made easy.nnAll in all I would highly recommend! ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Cause of Covit not much crowded but any way luxury and execelent place l think no cristmas eve night couse of covid any crowded fun forbidden.

The hotel is very close to the city center and the airport. The staff is extremely friendly. The suite rooms are very large, the bedroom is the size of the living room, the other room is also very large, when you leave the bedroom and go to the other room, a comfortable L cocktail team welcomes you, both rooms have a TV. There is a very successful heating system in Kars cold, you open doors and windows. The bathroom is very large and useful, and the jacuzzi is perfect for you to relieve the tiredness of the day. I find it useful to repeat the kindness and interest of the staff, they have managed to stay very clean and well-maintained during the pandemic process, if everything returns to normal after the pandemic, a small-scale maintenance will make it much better, in short, it has a successful price performance.

We looked for a lot of hotels to visit Kars, we were indecisive, at first we chose Grand Ani and then we chose Grand Ani, a hotel could make my and my family's holiday so beautiful.
