A wonderful place to visit. But the Hotel should be renovated and start service again. This kind of architectural styl is rare in Turkey. Kars can get more tourist if there is a better tourism vision...

Good hotel and familiar staff but they lacked the option of in-house dining and lunch. The location is a little far from main town where restaurants are available. It is worth the money since the other hotels are very expensive. The rooms was quite spacious and had all the amenities, especially it kept us warm as the weather outside was chilly.

Unfortunately could not had a chance to stay there as they were fully booked but could enjoyed a very nice breakfast...

Good hotel. But rooms furniture are very old and bad situation. Must be changed.

Russian style building, outside all original and inside has been restored, it once was a hospitalnOne of the best hotels to stay in Kars, very close to Kars castle. Clean rooms, good breakfast, excellent service, pleasant and very helpful staff, I will stay here again
