The energy of our friendly hotel manager has spread to all employees. The reception staff, female friend Beyza, deserves the greatest applause. During the pandemic period, they will stay in this hotel with a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

An amazing hotel. The staff is so relevant that I can't tell. Food is delicious and satisfying. In particular, I would like to thank Ms. Beyza and Ms. Hülya at the reception for being closely related and very friendly in every subject. The rooms are very spacious and fairly clean. I travel a lot for work. A hotel that I can recommend with one word.

In 2020, I stayed in many hotels in the region, especially in Kars. So far I haven't seen a better hotel yet. The trilogy of cleanliness, price and interest you are looking for in a hotel is simply perfect. They are taking the pandemic process successfully. Especially at the reception, Beyza and Hülya ladies are very nice. The menu and hand skill of our cook was admirable. Thank you to everyone. I definitely recommend the hotel.

I can say that it is the best of a few hotels to stay in the province of Kars. Opposite the entrance gate of the University of Kafkas, 4 minutes away from the city center. There is a supermarket, a monopoly, everything beside it. Although it was opened during the pandemic and they were victims, an establishment that has never decreased the quality. All steps have been taken. They are open to any criticism of customer satisfaction. Fatih Bey and Aysun are very friendly and interested. I can say that the prices are a little less than the service you receive. hotel is not like your home, but it is a facility where you can be quite comfortable.
