There are 3 girls working like a lion in the hotel and they manage the big hotel. The room is also very good. I can't comment because I don't have much to do with eating breakfast. But 4 points even for just working friends

They gave the other room because the rooms were cold, they gave it back to my old room because it was cold, they did not increase the boiler even though I called it cold and they did not open the combi boiler because the rooms are empty.
