Quite helpful and friendly staff despite poor facilities makes it more bearable to stay. Do not hesitate to give it a try but keep in mind that it is not close to the city centre and there is public transportation only between 07:15 AM and 10:30 PM.

It has a beautiful architecture. The staff is friendly and caring, breakfast is sufficient but I am expecting to be on the menu in the local tastes for breakfast as a person who travels a lot, and the kashar in the menu had nothing to do with kars cheese. The rooms are nice, but the bathroom and toilet section wipes out all the positive air. Please replace all of the batteries, remove the bathtubs and just shower in the shower ...

Very bad guest house with one word. Ardaha guest house, I would say the worst here when I saw the 5-star hotel concept, I understood it. The rooms were so hot that we didn't sleep. I'm officially in the room in an hour. No drinking water and slippers to wear inside. Not even a shower shampoo. So I gave 80 TL to a place like this. Very, very bad. The breakfast is also bad. I only ate honey cream.

Clean but unnecessarily large rooms. Away from the city. The university campus is huge. A good alternative if you have a car.
