First on the phone they told me they had 35 activities for age 4. When I got there, they said no only 25! Then throughout the whole thing all staff acted like they didn’t want to work! I only encountered 3 girls who were friendly and inviting to kids. They rest of them were BLA! Not to mention the level of English that everyone has is about 2%! A place as famous as this, should have fluent, helpful cheerful staff! Ur working with kids! If u don’t like kids don’t work here!

It was good my kids liked it. They would have had more fun if the employees were more hands on. Many employees all of them just standing around talking to each other.

Best experience ever in Istanbul, the kids enjoyed, learned and have fun, staff are very professional, care, supportive and welcoming, looking forward to visit again,, keep it up ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Big disappointment after Kidzania Kuala Lumpur. Only 1% speak English, staff is using their mobile phones during work, and not really happy with their job. There’s no feeling of hourly happy kidzanian theme song, because of sad and unmotivated staff.nnMost attractions that were available for my 4 year old daughter in KL were listed as 6+ in istanbul.nnMy daughter was totally unhappy with experience.
