Very unprofessional staff thats don't care about the service they are supposed to provide. They never want to give the transfers in dollars or Euros, they always say there is no foreign currency available and give Turkish lira with a bad exchange rate so they can make a better profit per transfer. İ recommend to everyone the other Western Union office on istiklal beside Mango.

I cannot understand why they hold the permit of western union..money transferred could not be delivered as they claim they do not consider passport as a government id..i believe that western union should review their professionalism as this is unacceptable when it cit comes to international money transfer with passport and reference number submitted..the permit should be removed as people waited in the lone for 1hour to get a response that a passport is not a government issused id..people there seem to be dreaming or doing their job without consideration.

The employers are true professionals.. They are so kind and honest.. They inform you from the begining about everything. And they are so helpful. They helped us alot and we are so happy to met with so nice people like them. They saved our holiday. I would give them 5.000.000 stars if i could.. Thank you so much guys..

The Employees are good however I had two transfers in dollar each time they give me them in turkish lira claiming they don’t have dollar while they own an exchange office right next to their store with a common door between them. So basically they just steal you by giving you the transfer in Turkish lira based on their rate which is not a good one.

Poor people was very rude to me and made me feel upset and stressed they way they talked to me was as if I was inferior and nothing very taunting body language would not go there again. Turkey is full of nice polite people the two at the till a woman and a man ruined my holiday.
