Our Dutch card was eaten by the Atm machine on a Saturday without it even asking for our pin code. There were several other people who lost their cards on both machine that day.nnMonday morning, we went to the bank manager asking for an explanation and to also retriever our card.nnNot only did he not want to check the pile of atm card taken from the machine by his staff while we were telling to him. Worst is he insist that its bank policy that they can not give you back the card and insist that the atm machines are working perfectly fine.
