Staff is friendly but not of much use if you are a foreigner, no one speaks acceptable English, hard to communicate. Is very strange that a Dutch bank allows not to have a single person English speaker. In a centric place and a finance business. Place on Taksim square is in the Modern Istanbul.

The staff were friendly and helpful but I don't understand why the requirements to open an account for foreigners staying in Turkey are very strict. It's like they are trying to dissuade us from becoming customers.nC'est très bizarre

Dear ing bank authorities .. !!!!!!!!!! I have never seen such a badge in my life, damn, I went out of order to reach you officially where is this customer satisfaction where is it hard to find this manager customer service number Mr. R.T.B YE is it harder to reach or how is it how to find it, sir lordrrr offffffffffffffffffd !!!!!!!
