Dont have high expectations. Its a local pub but with a great vibe. The staff is friendly as well and serves cheap alcohol. You have to climb the narrow stairs to reach the bar :)

A no-frills place with great service. Totally laid back. A great place to chat. Keep climbing the stairs until you get to the very top and take a seat wherever you please; someone will be with you shortly. Efes Malt (Turkish brand) in a 50cl bottle for 22 liras.

To quote the waitress “Efes Malt, cheeper then water”nnDefinitely a place to visit, close to the Istiklal street with cheep beer and nice staff.nnA bit hard to find the entrance, just look for the small door between two closed stores and the climb some four stores for a great view ;)
