I highly recommend Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul when visiting Turkey. They have excellent service and highly trained staff. I would like to point out specially Mr. Samet Kurt, the Assistant Office Manager for looking after our needs. He is very kind, helpful and provides any support needed in the hotel. He as well checks on guest even after stays. You may ask for him on your next visit.

I keeping coming again and again to this amazing hotel. All the staff from the managers to the receptionists all are super hospitable and truly deserve a 5 star.nThe breakfast is one of the biggest and best in turkey. The location is so peaceful cause of the landscape and parks surrounding the hotel. They really give a specially treatment to their Accor members and I can say that from my experience.

For a 5 star hotel it was as you'd expect, almost...... It's a decent hotel but if staying for more than a few days the price quickly outweighs the quality (room service, laundry etc) .... Furthermore, there were things I noticed around my room that just weren't touched the whole time I was there (back of the waste basket, sliding bathroom door), and I was there for two weeks.... It ain't the worst, but I see the perception of this hotel is that it's acceptable in a given country because it's highly priced. In any other European country I suspect it wouldn't garner much fanfare....

Unbelievably beautiful! Cafe Swiss in this hotel has an amazing ambience, with a gorgeous Bosphorus view. Not to mention that the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. Pelin, our server, was extremely lovely and polite, and made sure we felt comfortable. Definitely will come back!
