The St. Regis Istanbul

Awesome! I am from the USA and just stayed here in July 2020. I stayed in the Caroline Astor Suite which is a beautiful 2 room suite with 2 balconies. It is also on the top floor in a very quiet area. The butler service, the food and the building are all top notch. The gym and spa are also great. The location is right next to multiple parks as well as nice shopping. I’m so happy I decided to stay here!!! And the staff all speak excellent English and were very helpful.

If it wasn't for the people who work there, I would rank it at 4 stars. But front desk, concierges and room keeping were exceptional. Rooms are OK, but nothing remarkable: very well kept and cleaned, but nothing special. Breakfast in brasserie is good, can be overwhelmed sometimes as it's also popular with loclas. But people you interact most are fantastic at their job: very friendly and welcoming; will do everything they can and even more to help with any requests. Alida, Ali and all other front desk people are truly amazing. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay here, they treat me very well as a Bonvoy Platinum guest.nI had a bad experience at W Istanbul, left W at 7am and check in to the St. Regis Istanbul around 7:40am. The very professional staff try his very best to get my room ready for me and offered me to have breakfast to make up my day after chaotic stay at rubbish W Istanbul.nnThe room I got is very clean and full of natural light, you can open the window to get fresh air. Bed is super comfortable and wash room is spacious.nnThe breakfast option is a bit limited but all serve in top quality, their Turkish coffee was super! You may order from the butler to the room all day long.nnI was also offered chocolate strawberries, nuts, fruits , one bottle of premium mineral water and one bottle of premium sparkling mineral water.nnThe gym equipments are good for weight and cardio exercises, pools are very unique with 3 different rooms.

Two words: Great GatsbynFrom the ultra-luxurious rooms and amenities, to the friendliest of staff, the St. Regis takes the prize for defining luxury in Istanbul. The Gatsby-like font resonating throughout the hotel ensure you feel the warmth and sophistication associated with St. Regis. Of course, the Butler service ensures you’re able to get anything at anytime, but we didn’t need to use it all that often with all the luxuries both in and out of the room. We’ll definitely return to the St. Regis when we fly in, out or through Istanbul; I would 10/10 recommend!

This hotel is the best, absolutely the best location in Istanbul, I love the neighborhood, the staff and rooms are incredible!!! The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious! The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and do everything they can to make your stay perfect!!! We stayed here two different times during our trip and each time was fantastic!!!! I can't wait to come back here, it's the most luxurious home away from home!
