Troya Hotel Taksim

I came to Istanbul from the United States for a hair transplant. I stayed at Troya Hotel four nights. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel; customer service was excellent! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me out. And the rooftop terrace restaurant served amazing food! It is within walking distance (less than half a mile) from literally anything you would need, or to simply venture out and get things to take back home.nThank you guys for making my stay so pleasant. :-)

The location of this hotel is very close to shops and restaurants, very easy to get taxis from there.nThe hotel is well kept and very clean.nThe restaurant is lovely overlooking taksim and is spectacular with the choices of food and drinks.nThe staff are a family run business and have all been working there 20+ years, I had the privilege to enjoy a cup of Turkish tea with Ihan the hotel boss who is lovely and made sure that my stay was incredible.nnA massive thank you to all the staff and I look forward to staying there on my next visit.

Great hotel on an excellent place in Istanbul. Good relation between room quality and price. Every morning you can ask the staff to bring you a bottle of filtered water into your roomnThe hotel has a gym and a spectacular view from the terrace top.nnRestaurant service is friendly but a little slow

The services was fantastic the staff and room service was great, food was excellent, we will definitely be staying there again. Manager was very professional and courteous we cannot fault anything. 5.5

I went over to turkey for a hair transplant. They set me up in the troya hotel. Staff is very friendly. They helped me in every way possible. I was very impressed. They even stopped by each room and asked if they needed dinner brought to them. Ofcoarse, after the hair transplant, than i wasn't really in the mood to heading to the top floor to get dinner, so I said sure! Like 20 minites later the food arrives, and it was delicious! The same guy came back several times that night to see if i needed anything else. I even forgot to bring my travel toothpaste, the gentlemen. Offered to go out to buy it for me. Like 30 mintes later he comes back with 2 travel toothpastes and tooth brushes.They were very accommodating to me and my stay there.
