Star Hotel Taksim

This is a room only hotel! not kettle no tea! the rooms are very under maintained, door is pain to open, bathroom door doesn't look, AC is extremely dirty and TV is size of ur laptop screen! one of the evening stuff the blond one is extremely rude and helpful! other receptionists are the opposite, very nice and smiley!nhowever, rooms are very well cleaned and clean towels provided daily! the smoking policy isn't very well maintained! I have complained serval times about guest smoking indoors and they did nothing about it!

Decent rooms but a little bit smaller than comfortable. Room service is good. Average TV. Great breakfast in the restaurant and friendly staff. Bathroom taps difficult to set temperature. The biggest disadvantage is that room doors do not prevent noises at all.

If you were lost or having a problem or you need just one night in Istanbul (taksim) then I recommended this hotel.nnFirst of all I pay 400tl for one night.nI was three days in this hotel with a rental car, anyway the room with bathroom is so small .. it's not a quiet place, there's no parking and if you catch one in front of the hotel you have to pay at least 20tl, the air condition in the room was barely working.nThe breakfast you made in your house is better than this hotel.nnThe only thing was good is the location.
