This hospital is terrible. To be honest, aside from the lack of facilities (two occasions they transferred me to another hospital because they didn't have the required equipments), the staff were terrible. They were rude, talking to you without even looking at you and with annoyed facial expressions, as though you owe them a favour. The E.R. doctor, Mr Hakan was ok but the nurse and reception staff were terrible! As a sick patient AND having to deal with rude staff, I rather go somewhere else. The only reason I went there today was because it was the nearest hospital for me and I could barely walk. Unprofessional staff!

Nine months ago we planned to visit Istanbul, for Ivf treatment. We had a few options of hospitals specialising in Ivf treatment but ultimately chose Jinemed as our choice of treatment.nAs soon as we arrived at Istanbul, we were contacted by Mr Omer of Jinemed who was extremely helpful and arranged our meeting with Dr Meriç the very next day.nThe level of care and communication was excellent from day one.nWe today have been blessed with a beautiful healthy baby girl.nAgain thank you to all the team at Jinemed especially Omer and Dr Meriç.nWe highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking to travel for Ivf treatment.

This hospital tries to find new ways to take your money. Bad quality doctors, they have no compassion whatsoever. The doctors make you do irrelevent blood tests and scans even when you already had one done two days ago.nI had lung infection and the internal medicine doctor made me do tests which cost over 400 TL and then to give me medicines that cause my heart beat rapdily, I immediately went to change it then to again find it ineffective after using it for 2 weeks.
