Medicine Hospital

I have been many hospital in Istanbul. But this one is the best about employee attention, interest and care. I brought my father with government hospital referral. I mean, even without payment they behave very well to patients. A bit far from my home. I hope we won't need again to come but if needed, I will always choice this hospital for next times because of their attention and quality service.

This place is worst one. They contact you and give an amazing offer but when you headed there everything will change. No respect for patients, no value for your time and you will wait hours and days for nothing

The experience in this hospital was not the greatest. The staff can be very rude and when called for they take a really long time to come. You can call the button multiple times and even go to the desk and ask them to come see you and they will keep saying give me a second and dismiss you.nnMy mother had gone for a arm lift and she regretted choosing this hospital. First night we had a slight issue with the hospital where they had to cancel and rearrange the surgery which was unprofessional as if you have given someone a time and date we expect to be treated on that day. Especially when you make someone stop eating at 9am and then keep delaying the surgery and then at 7pm you tell them it has to be cancelled. Disappointing.nnDay after the surgery no one was attentive towards my mother she was in a lot of pain and she asked for pain killers which was given to her after asking for it multiple times. They weren’t even busy like that. They are a money making scheme more concerned about bringing patients in instead of actually taking care of them. Nurses also came into the room at 6am and told my mother the doctor will be coming to check on her at 8am however he was a no show and when asked multiple times when the doctor will be coming they just answered with ‘he is on his way’ to the point where I got very angry and had them call the doctor infront of me he said ‘half an hour’ and turned up 2 hours later which was at 7.30pm by the way.nnHonestly should go on for days about things that went wrong with the hospital and the stuff but I will stop here. There was a few good things about the hospital however the bad things seemed to have made me want to dismiss the good. Would not recommend this hospital to others as I believe they are just more into getting money in their pockets then caring about the well being other their patients.

Hospital is good clinik expert are the worst in terms of treating people not hair treatment. They are so commercial dealing with patients like they are costumes .this is a bad and some how won'taffect the doctors who are professional.but the other marketing and services are the worst experience.please improve in dealing with people.

My mother had a face and neck lift procedure, we were transferred to the 7th floor. And the night shift staff called, Seap Derse and Halise Bot were very helpful. They supported us with our requests. And they were especially very patient. Compared to the other floors, the nurses are very rude and unhelpful. But these two women were amazing. Thanks to them our stay in the hospital was very pleasant.
