While shopping online, I check whether it works with PTT cargo anymore 🤦🏿♀️ I placed an order months ago, it was sent to the pend in 1 day, but it did not come to the distribution every day, I restarted the process but I did not receive the product after 2 months, I returned my order before I saw it. It has been sent back now, my order from Antalya to Istanbul has been waiting for 6 days in pendik branch, I am sure that I will experience the same situation and when I read the other comments I saw that I was not alone.

If they find the cargo by chance, they will probably deliver it in a week. If they can't find it, get complaints, threats, and get out of it. Does nobody do their job in an institution. It is impossible to reach by phone. It is as if the delivery man is distributing the cargo on his way to his house. Will not cargo reach Istanbul from Istanbul in 1 week? Well, he couldn't reach it. If the cargo got up and walked, it would come from Beşiktaş to Pendik in 3 days. Your disgrace should stop now.
Almost all online shopping sites should remove PTT delivery for Istanbul. There is no other interest in this business.
