There will be traffic all the time. Toll is 10 TL in 2020. If you have van or bigger vehicle than van, you can't use this. You can use ship, tunnel or other bridge

Well the bridge looks nice espiaclly at night when the lights come on. But there is no place for people to walk or cross the bridge as it is closed now which is disappointing
