Small rooms limited breakfast good staff

One of the worse hotel that I have stayed.nLots of stairs to get to the one small elavaele before you get to your room. The view I have is a run down horrible looking home. There is no bell man to help you to your room.nThey hardly understand english, I am freezing cold in the room, have been waiting for a blanket for the last 30 min.

This is a great hotel. The staff is friendly and personally. I lived in six hotels and it was the best hotel. Rooms are very clean and quiet.

Your worst sleeping bed is uncomfortable

This hotel has a good location about 3-5 minutes from Taksim metro and about 7 minutes from Istiklal Street. I got a nice room in 7th floor so there is no noise from street as it is located in quite street. The worst part is the elevator. It is not on every floor. You need to climb at least one stairs to be in your room. The room is small and expected as whole taksim hotels. The staff are friendly and seems they help you if you give them a tip.
