I don't recommend them, I have very bad experience with them. They don't know how deal with their clients. They are not professional at all. I have dealt with other agents in Turkey, but never see any thing like this. Maybe I have bad luck with the individual employee, but they are still responsible as a company to provide good customer service to their clients. There are many other agents in Turkey with much better customer service and experience.

they made me pay %11 exrta money and told it is VAT in a VAT free project.nnI purchased a property via propertyturkey in 2017. The value of the property is 466.200 in the contract, 464.777 in the title deed document but I paid 518.000, I asked the reason, they sent me an email that there is %11.11 VAT on this project. Meanwhile I learnt that there is no VAT on this project and I made my Turkish lawyer doublecheck it. I got all the documents and emails. So I am certainly sure that they told me there is %11.11 VAT and there is no VAT paid to government. They either have lack of knowledge or are not telling the truth, both are reasons for me to not work with them again.nI also bought another property with them at the time but to this date it is not delivered. They didn't follow up on my late delivery so I had to hire a lawyer and pay them extra.nThey did not help to rent out my apartment like they promised at the beginning.nProperties I bought from them are still lower than market value although 4 years have passed. If i had kept the money in savings account in Turkey my money would have gained %70 in Turkish Lira value and I would still be in sunny side with Euro value.nI don't understand how a company with these work of ethics are allowed to operate.
