This is absolutely the best hotel for us. Beautiful rooms with great amenities, furniture and amazing beds. But the best experience at this hotel is created by its amazing team that makes you feel like home. Every time we come here we love it more and more. Thank you, dear team for this beautiful stay again. Can’t wait to be back!

The hotel was very accommodating, and had a very spacious layout. Very clean, great location and accessible to many shops and restaurants within walking distance! The staff are more then welcoming and want you to have the best experience possible. The rooms are nice and spacious as well and the prices for food and drinks are reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place! Will return to this hotel once back in Karaköy!

An old bank converted into a hotel in a location just minutes from there Karakoy tram and ferry stops. High ceilings and a bank of windows provide nice daylight. The windows are well insulated against sound.nnBreakfast is the excellent and traditional Turkish one, with more diversity. There are cereal options if you prefer.nnCustomer service is excellent. We appreciated them booking a taxi for us (at 2:45 am for our flight!) and for the restaurant recommendations.This is not the hotel's issue per se. Istanbul this November was very warm with temperatures in the 60s F/18 C each day. Very pleasant for folks like us coming from cool and wet climates. However, the heating and cooling are central, so the room was quite warm the first night. We opened the window of course, until it was time for bed. There is some outside noise. After the first night, we simply left the windows open and temperatures were much better for sleeping on the next two night.

I stayed at the house hotel in August. The boutique hotel is in a great location between old town, Pera, and all the other must see neighborhoods. It is close to a tram station and the boats to the Asian side. The hotels staff was what put it at 5 stars. Everyone was interested in helping you however they could. English speaking was good! The room cleaning staff did a great job organizing the room each day. Loved coming back to a clean and organized room. All in all - if you are looking for a great hotel in a great neighborhood - you’ve found it at the house hotel.
