Absolutely amazing service! The place is right in the middle of everything you might want or need, but on the quiet street, so you are never bothered by the noise. The food in the restaurant is out of this world. The staff is very polite and always there to help. Will be back there for sure!

For this price; you got a premium service and quality. Super clean; great location; and unconditional love and help by staff. Excellent English knowledge. Would definitely recommend it.

A boutique hotel in a strategic location where you are only a few steps away from Istiklal street. The design, colors, and overall environment, and hygiene at the hotel made me feel very comfortable and relaxed especially during the current pandemic. Most importantly, the staff are very professional and presented a higher level than the usual customer service.nnAs soon as I arrived at the hotel, my luggage was disinfected. On day one, the room I booked online was small and my stay was for 14 days. A very friendly and welcoming receptionist ‘Sinem’ upgraded my room for free for my entire stay! I felt like ‘Sinem’ hosted me where she checked on me on daily basis, guided me as a tourist agency, and helped me out when I experienced a challenging situation during my stay.nnDuring the 14 days, my room was well cleaned. The hotel took effective COVID precautions where everything is sanitized, all the staff wears masks, and they respect social distancing.nI also worked remotely during my stay and according to my experience, this place is recommended for business travelers. The internet connection is good, staff provided immediate support in case of any interruption in the connection, and the cleaning ladies cleaned my room at the end of the day after I finished work.nnThe restaurant at the hotel is a must-visit place regardless if you are staying at the hotel. The staff takes all the COVID precaution measures where they all wear masks, tables are kept at a distance, operates at 50% capacity, and all the utensils and tables are clean. The restaurant manager ‘Blunt’ is genuine, welcoming, generous, and professional. The food served is delicious, well presented, and delivers the best taste of Turkish and middle eastern cuisine. When you go there, ask Blunt about the concept of the restaurant and his experience in establishing the place that is when you will discover his values, humanity, and professionalism.nnLast, my experience at the Westist hotel exceed my expectations and I highly recommend it for all travelers.

Very nice and cozy hotel to stay at in Istanbul, location is perfect and team working there is very professional and cooperative - recommended
