We were satisfied with the interest and relevance in the store during our shopping, but we are not satisfied for the future. They work with Horoz Logistics, I used a permit for delivery many times and the delivery came only in the 3rd speech. The feet of the product were deformed due to packaging error. The report was made and it was said that it would change within 20 working days. We expect it to still change for over 3 months. It is said that we will still wait for the production of parts for 12 days, although we have met with the company many times. I see a way of working unprofessional and it also caused me to waste a lot of time.

If you are going to buy a store where you can see many models, I recommend you to buy from these stores. When you buy products from franchise stores, you cannot find a contact person and enza home does not help either.

In Kağıthane Maslak Enza Home, we looked at a bed, bed frame and headboard for approximately 2 hours. We continued to look at the bedside table for the seller bed and headboard for 1200 TL for the bed and 2700 TL for the bed, but then we went to the payment point by saying that we would buy the bedside table. When we arrived at the cash register, the seller said 5000 TL, we said that we spent so much time because you said the price above 3900 TL, otherwise we already removed it. Since we made such a small discount, make up for your mistake, we said that we accept to overpay, but the 3 sellers there * are the ones that we are corporate, if you do not get it, we brought it to your party. After that, we did not buy and reported the situation to the general manager, they said we will be back, but there is still no answer! Shopkeep is zero! Every person who can make a mistake can only take an attitude to take heart, but unfortunately we have spent 2 hours in vain of our time in 3 vendor friends they have come across without any training. Institutionalism is not to get away from customer satisfaction, I will report this to many portals online, read everybody and think 1 more time before entering!
