Good doctors, good facilities, below-average service.nWhen you charge 1250 TL for a doctor visit, you should at least teach your staff some basic English. They have to shuffle around for 20 minutes to find someone who can speak English!

The doctors and nurses at Maslak Acıbadem are quiet good but the fees are way to high.

The hospital is expensive, yes, we all know that, but they unjustly take advantage of foreigners (judging from my personal experience).nnI had a scheduled appointment to receive a cortisone injection at the cost is generally 2000 TL (without insurance). Almost every hospital in Turkey will collect payment from you before they start the procedure. For whatever reason, this did not happen today and my cortisom injection came to a whopping total of 8,125.87 TL!nHow is it possible??nnI received an itemized bill as well. A cortisone injection costs 1741.17 TL, so how was my total over 8000 TL. They charged me for 4 injections in the same area (which is impossible to receive if you know anything about cortisone) and for the use of equipment and needles, as well as the gloves, masks and powder the Drs used? These are not costs that are supposed to be placed on the patient.nnShame on Acibadem!nÇok ayıp!
