We tried to pick an empty row at the back of the cinema.. the gentleman at the ticket desk told us we cannot book some rows...even though they were available on the system. Turns out he kept them for his sister and her friends. I have no issue if they booked it before us, but his sister and friends turned up to buy tickets after we bought ours (if they paid at all..).. and yes..seats are seats, but still this kind of behavior still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. You are not the owner. Secondly, his sister and her friends where loud as hell during the whole movie. Thirdly, how do you start a movie without switching the sound on? Surely this is a basic step for movies...start the movie..check sound is on. Not rocket science no? Lastly, is student discount really just 1tl these days?

They turn the heat up to upsell drinks. We were sweating in salon 2! Also, it's the loudest cinema I've ever been to, crushing volume. Made us just despise being there in the first place. Go elsewhere.

Nice movie theatre. Prices are ok. The movie was very loud today.

It is very cheap compared to other Cinemas of this company, the mall itself is not so crowded so you'll be saved from the headache too. Only negative side is the screens are quite small. But small and cozy is wellcome to someud83dude0a
