Volley Hotel İstanbul

Money disappeared from my room and when I called the reception. They blaming me for that. I ordered food from the menu on three occasions and it tasted poorly. The rice pudding was burned and old. Called the reception about that and they didn’t care.nnThe breakfast tasted good, the room was cleaned everyday. Some of the staff were friendly. Loved the view from the 5th floor. Wouldn’t think that the hotel is a 4 star. More like 3 star.

Stayed here for 3 nights when I had a hair transplant done. The room and breakfast buffett were excellent. It provided clean sheets, towels, and standard shampoo and body soap. However, it did not provide toothpaste or toothbrushes.

Great hotel, food was absoloutly lovely, nice staff aswell , room was perfect , bathroom was STUNNING aswell
