When I took my car to the wash, they told me it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes to wash, but when I came back after about 1.5 hours, I found my car not washed in the parking lot and two staff were sitting in it and chatting. When I reacted, they acted in a frivolous and indifferent way. Anyway, only one of the employees speaks Turkish properly, the others do not even know Turkish properly. In summary, I will never hand over my car to this business again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. (I needed to answer your response. First of all, thank you for your interest in my problem as the owner of the business. The other thing is, I think there is a problem with the camera settings, because I stopped by a grocery store before I got back there and the time of my plug was 19:52 and after about 5 minutes walk I came to your business. Of course I cannot decide who to employ my car. I am determined not to turn it over, but if you allow me, I would like to watch the camera record of how many minutes the staff stayed in my car while chatting and what they did.

I always have our car washed here. They wash it at reasonable price, good quality. Very friendly, sincere people, they serve tea to their customers. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks to all employees.
