The hotel is good for the money. breakfasts and dinners are good. The reception staff are very polite and patient. if something does not suit them promptly decide. I advise for living
Building and location is beautiful but rooms are miniature. We got 3 beds room which was same size as double bed. You can hardly put your luggage in the room. If you have baby stroller with you and luggage then it is very hard to walk in rooms. Bath rooms are also miniature like the size of a airplane bathroom. I would never recommend it because of room sizes.
The services are pretty good. Also the location is so amazing. You can see the bosphorus and listen to some soft songs. But the accommodation has some flaws. Overall its 4/5
Amazing otel nice people. Very good view and foods. And also service as good. I will miss staff they are so kind and thanks for Ibrahim he is working in restaurant
