Very neat place with welcoming staff.nBut a little expensive.nWe paid 250tl for one night in a double room.

Very very good customer service, never had seen such a friendly staff, specially Mr Rajab, who made our visit very comfortable, the Manager was very helpful, I will definitely stay at the hotel again and again, whenever I will visit Istanbul

It is one of the best hotels in this area,so quiet, so clean and the best thing is the staff: they are friendly and deal with a very respectful way. This is my srcond visit to this hotel and from the beginning I drcided to stay in this hotel every time I come to Istanbul

The hotel is good but the personal are very bad ,,, you sont feel welcome at all , the service is very bad ...
