1) We've booked the room with a balcony; it was shown in the pictures, but at the hotel, the staff in a very rude manner told us that the hotel is full, and we'll live in a room with a window.n2) The furniture isn't new.n3) The amenities in the bathroom are already used by previous guests (check the photos below).n4) Never try to open the window; the staff never cleaned it. The lots of cigarettes from the previous guests right on the windowsill.n5) The bath was broken and poured right on the floor.n6) Wi-Fi connection is very poor and only in the lobby.n7) Finally, they put just one coffee for two guests.nChoose any other hotel, don't waste your money on poor service.

Once we went we visited the room was very nice, but whenever we call for a reservation, there is no soul hotel that gives the price by looking at the phone and giving CVP. Zero reception service for such a closed investmentnIt's a huge zero.nCvp not available again in January 2020

In this process we live, especially hygiene and cleanliness are the most important things we pay attention to. From the moment you enter the hotel, you understand and feel that you are in the right place. As soon as you enter the hotel, you have a respite in the garden with coffee treats. Unlike hotels, all of the rooms have the same quality and standards, only small changes in square meters and content. This means that all incoming guests show the same value and make everyone feel special. The bathrooms are very nice with sliding doors. The beds are extremely comfortable and large. Air conditioners are also the best brand and work without any problems, even when you leave the room. I myself read tourism and hotel management and this I am in the sector. Zmet, it is very difficult to meet and satisfy their expectations, but you understand that you are doing your job correctly when the guests are satisfied with their money and are satisfied. Your name becomes more heard and loyal customers when you see the guests leaving the hotel with smiling faces. Your name spreads by word of mouth in every satisfaction. Thank you so much to the hotel family for everything. Thanks to you, we celebrated my wife's birthday as I thought and planned, everything was perfect. I can say it is one of the most beautiful hotels on the island. I was very pleased with the hotel staff and the breakfast service offered. Clean and tidy place. You can stay in a room with a balcony facing the rear and breathe a pleasant island air.nA few criticisms and improvements can be made. The sink in the bathroom is incredibly impractical and small. A small sink has been placed because there is no space, but the empty 20cm area next to the shower cabin is an ideal space for placing a larger sink in that part. Hand washing is impossible. The bathroom is flooded. And in such a place, there should be bouclei such as make-up removal wipes, ear cleaner, matches. We preferred it as we saw it as an upper segment hotel on the island. We needed a simple match at 23:00 at night, but unfortunately this request could not be met. However, while we were checking out, his own branded matches were standing on the reception desk:
