They didnt answer phone. When you go to the place they not helping too. Very very bad service. I hope they will change officers.

Super bad and racist treatment, took me 3 months to get a tourist visa even though i had all the papers requested and lost a lot of money during the process. their website is not updated, they don't answer the phone and if they do, they are pretty rude and not helpful. I think only one of the staff is a genuinely nice person trying to help and like her job. Take a deep deep breath before going there and may the forces be with you! Also if you don't reside in Istanbul, just go to Ankara, they are 1000 times better in the embassy.
