Placed an order today around 9:00 to have flowers delivered by 13:00. Got an email around 18:40 that they don’t have the flowers I ordered and offered an alternative flower bouquet with more flowers due to a price difference. I asked how many more will be added and the color to the flowers. Still haven’t got any response from their team and the store will be closing soon according to their website. I needed the flowers delivered today hence why I ordered as soon as they opened. I spoke with “EMRE” and he has yet to respond to any of my emails. If we can’t have the flowers delivered today please cancel and refund my order.
