When the gray corner bed model I ordered on 30 September 2020 was delivered to my home on October 11, 2020, when I realized that a different bed in color and pattern was delivered from my order and a white corner bed model was delivered, I contacted Rosso Furniture and the person interested in me spoke as lan. I warned him not to speak in this way, and he shouted increased disrespect. He spoke disrespectfully, saying that I am the owner of this company, such as the shameful institutionalism that he left when I warned that an attitude that does not suit a corporate firm is shameful. I said deliver the product I ordered, get this irrelevant product, and said that there was no production, so he sent a different product. He accused me of delivering the irrelevant product to me and saying that I would give it to Consumer Rights because of the elimination of my maduriyet, saying that you are not a man. I request the necessary compensation and action to be taken.

A lousy business, after they sell the product they are not interested. Give 3 cents more, buy products from more corporate brands, and you will not have a headache like us in the future. Furniture is officially rotten and cracking.
