While carrying the seat we bought, the friends working cracked the foot part and I reported it to the company and they said that they will correct this mistake. However, when time passed, I called again, this time we did not say such a thing, they said we cannot help, they said his words came out and they did not help. At first, they said they would bring the seats after 3 weeks during the delivery process, but they brought them after 1.5 months, the materials of the seats are incredibly poor quality, although we lived at home with 2 people, the wooden legs of all the seats were bent in 6 months and because of the internal breaks, weird noises started to make every time we sit, the fabric seams are only 1 Although we have used it for years and it has a cover on it, it is worn, tears have occurred. They come when you call for the problem, but you need to have the seats serviced every 6 months, do not be disgraced with your money, do not be disgraced, and buy more quality places.

We bought the seats in June 2017. Yarns of different colors were used in sewing. One used black yarn and the other cream colored yarn. When you open the seat and sit on one side, the other side gets up and the material is very bad. the seats were not alfemon's products. I wish I didn't take it, it sucks.

This shop staff is a fiasco in a word. The staff takes care of it and does not give so much confidence that I would not drink it, not to buy a dining room, bedroom, but if it offers water. Due to the sales policy, the female staff who responded to the phone to ask for a product with their unrealistic statements and they were all together, not alfemo, but a farm.
