Most of the employees chat among themselves with a long, normal tone of voice and do not part their phones. Noise-stimulating pattern is not present anyway. The people of the neighborhood are also very unconscious and their mothers come together with their little children during the day, and this is a library, let's be quiet. Also, one of the lights is making incredible sounds. I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.

The library is mostly for young children. There is no situation that would prevent young people from working. A bright and spacious area. It's not just working hours. You'd better specify.
