Mado

Mado is a chain of Restaurants located in Turkey and outside of Turkey. Their prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants. I mostly go for a çentlik Tavuk which tastes delicious and is for a good price. Staff gave me no trouble in any of my 4 visits. Recommend it.

I like this restaurant and the atmosphere here is great, it’s like family restaurant and everything is perfect, I tried three different salads and it’s delicious, I like trilece too, the man and his wife are so nice and helpful, they’re speaking Arabic, English and Turkish, also they offer free Turkish coffee. Thanks for this great hospitality, I’ll visit you whatever I’ll come to the island. It’s in front of the sea, the bathroom is clean too.

I walked all over the island. May be a chain but my experience was very good. I am not poor so a slight price difference did not bother me. Seemed in line with most other good places.nnStaff very friendly.

BE WARNED AND DO NOT BUY ICECREAM AT THIS PLACE! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!nnWe tried to buy 4 normal ice cream cones, but the series of events that took place what absolutely crazy.nnThe man making the ice creams kept scooping ice cream even though we said him REPEATEDLY to stop but he kept going and made huge ice cream cones.nnWhen he charged triple prices for the huge ice creams we of course refused to pay and offered to return the ice creams. However they refused this and they came outside and got really mad at us and threatenend to go to the police.nnWe agreed for them to go get the police, because we were certain we were in the right. But is was only an empty threat since they didn't do this once we agreed.nnAfter a huge argument in the middle of the street they only settled for the normal price once we indicated that this would likely result in a 1 star review for them. Well here it is.nnDO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

This has to be the worst place ever to eat in the whole of Turkey. Eat here at your own risk!!! First they forget to add items to your meal and when you ask for the missing items, they've conveniently run out of it. They make an alright pizza but the rest of the food all looks like its deep fried and for way too long. We also ordered a meal and got something totally different. We ordered shaved kebab meat that was on the menu but we got overcooked lamb on a skewer. Overall, this place is terrible and makes you feel like throwing up. Food looks great on the menu but when it comes, it looks like they've scraped it out of the rubbish bin. The reality definately does not meet the expectation. We were super disappointed and will never come here again. When you ask them why the food was the way it was, they just shove excuses into your face and expect you to be ok with it. They don't listen and pretend that it was your fault that your food came inedible. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
