Very bad treatment, he did not accept to deposit money in my account even though I presented him with a bank card and a Turkish driving certificate under the pretext that he wanted my passport. This is not acceptable, and I have deposited hundreds of times in my account in different branches. No one asked for a passport to deposit, but rather asked for it upon withdrawal. I complained to the director of the center, but her treatment was worse than that of the employee, and she found justifications for him, and in the end, they did not accept depositing money into my account. I'm going to close my account with this bad bank that doesn't respect its customers. Çok kötü muamele, pasaportumu istediği bahanesiyle kendisine banka kartı ve Türk ehliyet belgesi vermeme rağmen hesabıma para yatırmayı kabul etmedi. Bu kabul edilemez ve farklı şubelerde hesabıma yüzlerce kez para yatırdım. Kimse para yatırmak için pasaport istemedi, aksine para çekerken bunu istedi. Merkezin müdürüne şikayette bulundum, ancak tedavisi çalışanınkinden daha kötü ve onun için gerekçeler buldu ve sonunda hesabıma para yatırmayı kabul etmediler. Müşterilerine saygı duymayan bu kötü banka ile hesabımı kapatacağım.

I have not seen such a ridiculous system before, they say we cannot pay more than 10,000 TL when you withdraw money from inside :(
