Payless Car Rental

Recommend renting a car at this office they are very lenient. Procedure was very smooth the car was in good shape when I got it.

Very bad, first day it took 3 hours have the car. Last day they don t give back the deposit for no reason.nI don't recomand them at all, not good profesionals, unsafe and not honest.

These guys are crooks. They tried to steal all the information on my credit card (i.e. security code). When I asked them why they did that, they said it was normal company procedure. When I asked them to give me the piece of paper they wrote the security code on, they tore it up. So I cancelled the rental and went to another car rental. Why are they allowed to remain open?

This isnot payless ... it's paymore for rip-offs !nTo oick up thr car from airport the driver wasted my time by taking me to very far place just to hand over the car to mennWhen i return the car the driver at the parking saw me then left .. while i have flight departure in short time ... after 40 mi utes he came back sayg i m alone ! ..nnI was in a hurry to go to office to take my deposit back ... no one was in the office .. then one employee finally came .. after 1 minute he said you have penalies lap lap .. and he doese not prove ... just he wanted to consume the time and deduct some moneynnI just took the remaining ammount with deduction 212 tl .. without any proof ... may be he took this money to him selfnnIt's realy very bad compay and employee very rude

Extremely dissatisfied. I booked through Expedia, 250$ without insurance, 150$ with insurance. So I chose 150$ (it is abnormal to double the price just for insurance).nnWe traveled 1 and half hour to the airport (and back, so 3 hours in total) to pick up the car, and then they tell us there the booking is 'cancelled' because insurance is mandatory (??), but we can remake the booking for double the price (with insurance this time)...nnThey cannot keep their promise and are not serious to do business with, wasting your time. And I'm happy in fact, maybe we returned the car perfectly, and they tell us we need to pay because it's 'damaged' (some pre-existing one, I read this alot online).
