The buildings give an old look that is decayed, the parking lot is in the water, the dues are extremely high, I asked the residents that the dues are too high and they say there is no service. As I understand it is a problematic site. Despite these, the prices of the flats are extremely high. I guess everyone is trying to escape.

It is an ideal site, especially for families with children, with zero cars in the open area, all covered parking. There are sauna, billiard and ping-pong halls. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and gym. Ideal for a quiet family life
