Bad service bad dealer
I have been renting a car from this company for about 12 years, I have rented a car from different places before, not only in Zeytinburnu, but I have never seen any other business that treats its customers more like brothers and sisters than customers, from the owner of the business who keeps the dialogue to the customers who follow their business so regularly in Istanbul. It was the opportunity for me to drive from the most luxurious vehicle to the most economical vehicle and I did not have any problems. I had minor accidents and traffic fines, and they really helped me as gently as they could without any victimization. I think negative comments should first investigate their own flaws. After all, satisfaction should be mutual, we need to know that we have to pay only one per thousand of the vehicle that is given to us and we have to pay it and use it as we want, but think that we are entrusted and return it again. On behalf of myself, I would like to thank my business owner, Mehmet, an evening dress and my luckless brother who does his job properly. In my opinion, TAHMAZ RENTACAR is the only company that does this job properly.
We gave 2 vehicles to Tahmaz auto care center to make wax polish.
Everybody knows that there are scratches on the vehicle in paste polish applications, but the only point that the owner of the workplace defends is that the quality of the materials is not other than saying that no one other than me can do this job better. I promised to pay 2 times the wage back and sent us to other places, then we went elsewhere and completely destroyed the scratches on the vehicle and brought it back, and then he produced various excuses and still continued to defend himself with this company, they left us as a police station We have been dealing with them for 2 days, of course we do not give our rights to anyone We will make our application to the consumer rights court, do not trust this company and hand over your vehicles, do not throw your money in the garbage, our language is burned, you will not burn. Labor is zero.
