Although I live in the center of Erzincan, although I am only 4 km away from the center, the cargo that needs to be delivered to home is left at the branch with an excuse. The fact that this branch remains open despite so many complaints, is still working, expresses the presence of frivolity and non-follow-up on behalf of MNG Cargo. They almost take your belongings hostage. They compel you to go to the branch. (Additional information. All other cargo companies in Erzincan can deliver to my address without causing any problems)

My wife and I said that we were both healthcare workers and that we did not have the opportunity to be at home before 5, by calling the phone first and then going to the branch, but they said that they would never leave my cargo, which could not be lifted by 2 people, like a treadmill, after five, or that we should take it from the branch. In a city as small as Erzincan, they never, ever agreed to break their route and come after 5. They did not make any effort to help.
