BB CELİK PALACE HOTEL

I might gave it less stars than it deserves but hear me out.nThis is a 5* hotel so I should review it as a 5* :n1- breakfast is excellent, easily a 5* from me.n2- Staff are wonderful, but the hotel could definitely use more staff in the lobby and afternoon tea services.n3- The only good place to drink tea and coffee is designated to smokers, non smokers aren't really welcome in there, unless you want to choke on smoke clouds.n4- Lobby bar doesn't have espresso and the Lobby area looks very dreary and misplaced, hollow.n5- very bad and uncomfortable beds, old but working bathrooms.n6- The lightning system in rooms is very odd and in some way very annoying.n7- the do not disturb button isn't working on most rooms, house keeping will get in whether you like it or not.n8- The location is very great, very near to most relevant stuff, 5* location.nnI assure you that I have no ill intent to this place nor I want to slander it, I really liked the staff + breakfast + location, but the rest unfortunately is definitely lacking, hope this review helps.

Brilliant hotel. Kind staff, good facilities, good food and a thermal spa from the Ottoman times. It's not cheap, but it's not cheap in any area, so why would it be. Fully recommended this hotel.

Overwhelming. Exquisite. Great . Ellegant.

I wish I could give anymore... No doubt the hotel was big and beautiful.. Nice and clean. Rooms were very small as compare to price.. Staff was really not serious about their work.. If you ask for anything they can take and hour or so.. Same with their restaurants.. So slow.. Location was good.. And breakfast was also not up to the mark.
