after working slowly but surely with this company for about a year - trying to build some sort of business. My last was a corporate order of close to 500 units and the stock arrived very poorly quality controlled. threads were hanging off - not pressed with the fringing. many pieces were not correct and needed attention to the detail. all of the fringing had shrunk in the sewing and needed strong iron one by one. no effort was made to compensate me for the cost involved in getting this corporate order corrected for my client. repeated emails were sent to ask only for a few more towels to be sent at the companies cost so I could sell and recover my losses. I wish I had never paid for this order in full before stock left turkey. I would have received maybe some more respectful customer service. very disappointing that I need to find a new factory after trying hard to build some repour with sm tekstil for over about 15 months. such a shame.
