Located on Jumhuriet Street, near the “Sipahiler Bazaar”, the building was built in the period of Yıldırım Bayezid (1389-1402 only) in the name of his son Ertuğrul Bey. Ertuğrul Bey died in 1398 when he was the governor of Aydın and his body was brought to Bursa and buried in the mosque. The mosque, which was burned and repaired many times in history, was changed and survived the earthquake of 1855 with little damage. The main walls of the rectangular mosque are 9.97 x10.40 meters and the last closed area of the closed type of the mosque is 5.00 x10.00 meters. On the northern façade, the wooden pillars are connected to each other by narrow arches in the middle and wide tapering on both sides. The main place of worship with wooden roof covered with tiles is illuminated with a total of eighteen windows at the top and bottom. Its base is adjacent to the western wall of the minaret plastered up to two rows of bricks and rubble stones. Eski Yeni Han, Karacabey Bazaar, Kazasker Bath, six shops and eight rooms are known to be owned by this mosque’s association. The grave of Ertuğrul Bey is located in the mosque.

It is one of the small mosques of the Khans region, but of high spiritual value.
