The spa was not operating, the hotel did not inform us when we make the reservation.nnWe requested a room in the higher floor, they said it is under maintenance, however, they gave another group rooms in the higher floors.nnThe refused to provide us with an invoice for our stay saying that they can't because our reservation was through agoda.nnRoom service was poor. They did not change the beds covers for the whole six days!nnI don't recommend it for family stay
