The airplane misses the minimum amount of entertainment. My booking return ticket was cancelled without any alternative option.nnThe website doesn't give any alternative options for re-booking the return flight.nnThe call centre is a nightmare: they ask you to press 9 for English and then someone answers and say sorry i don't speak English. then keeps transferring you from someone to another. I had to explain my situation around 7 times. they keep listing and they close on your face when you finish... so you have to repeat this whole process again. worst airline ever I'm definitely not recommending it.

Worst airline ever. Unable to solve basic issues - like not printing boarding pass for connecting flight and keeping you like an animal around airport struggling with a year old baby for hours. Not refunding extra costs you caused.nStuff at customer service, in Turkish airport and all over their operation is a bunch of unprofessional people who seems to be first day at work.nBetter not to waste time and money flying with you guys on business class - it will feel much better to go like cargo with any other airlinenYou even not able to manage customer complains and only using templates.nShame on you.

whatever relevant to Turkish airline tickets you can do here. But for more information and travel limitations I suggest to call their call center.
