disgusting personal! only guys who are opining the doors are treating you politely, everyone else is rude, especially old lady with glasses and she isn’t even explaining you what is wrong. they demand documents which is not required, their call center is useless, until very last minute they were saying that i was missing some documents but after third (3rd!) visit i was fed up and i started yelling and being rude, they sent my documents but told me with irony i will not get visa, guess what?! after 3 weeks Spain gave me it! So please for god’s sake change the personal!!!!

The security guard continously disturbed me to turn off my phone. My phone was in flight mode he insisted me to turn it off. In their web site price for passport postal service is written as 35 TL but i am requested 45 TL including SMS fee which is added without asking for my permission. In their web site price for copy service is written as 1 TL but i was requested 10 TL for the first page and 1 TL for the other pages. I paid 45 TL for delivery of my passport to my address, the delivery was made 14h of January, today is 17th of January 20:00 pm and i still have not received my passport. The cheapest delivery company is used for delivery of my passport PTT Kargo for such an expensive price. I am totally dissatisfied and unhappy with the service this company provides.
