The hotel is very clean and spacious, the staff is very smiling, I am really satisfied, I think it is the only place in the maddened hotel (not counting the hostels)

There is no humanity. I entered with kidney pain. I wanted to use the sink, said the officer. He sent me 200 meters away. I fainted on the way. I do not recommend his sink in his room.

The hotel is very nice. It is very good especially in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. The staff is very friendly and concerned. A place I will always prefer.

I gave up before I left. Prices for 1 person for 7 nights on the hotels were 349 TL instead of 2030 TL. I could not be sure, I called to confirm they said the price was wrong. I humanized and helped them fix it, thanks to me, they had news and they entered their normal prices. I deserve a discount as well. We agreed for 700 TL. But when the price fell from 2000 to 700 TL, the treatment made to the customer also changed. Either you will be the facility manager at nine o'clock in the evening and you look very hard at your wp picture. It is a place where I don't even wonder what has nothing to do with institutionalism.
